Xcode 12 builds Universal apps by default to support Mac with Apple Silicon, often without changing a single line of code. Designed for macOS Big Sur. Xcode 12 looks great on macOS Big Sur, with a navigator sidebar that goes to the top of the window and clear new toolbar buttons. I downloaded the program file from the remote and was able to add in the source in 30 minutes (first time seeing the software, so it'd be faster next time).
