She bought it in good faith in Argos, not wanting to trust the corner shop for dodgy stuff, yet she has been robbed of her money by this as she now has to go out and get another one more expensive and will probably take more from her financially in the long run. However for a mobile unit that has failed I do not think that T MOBILE IS A RELIABLE COMPANY as they seem to have dodgy stuff.
